Refund Policy: Captain Demo's Red Hot Pepper Sauces

Damages and issues
The Captain asks that you carefully inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 7 days from when the order was received to inform us about a damaged order, broken sauce (what a waste) or another related issue. We will review all cases and respond within 7-14 business days or less.
Non-returnable items
Our sauces are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Refunds/ Replacements
Thankfully, less than 1% of our shipments ever get damaged during shipping, but If a bottle breaks during shipping, please email us immediately at
getmine@captaindemos.com or Contact Us with order number, pictures of the shipping label/package along with a picture of the broken bottle(s). The Captain will happily replace your bottles or refund your order. Please note that the price paid for shipping is not included in the refund.
